Because of the customized nature of your bespoke product there is not a traditional return policy. We’re 100% committed to your satisfaction, and if for some reason there is an issue with your product, we’ll do our best to find a good solution. If there is a problem with your product please contact me as soon as possible.
We do not provide refunds for products that have been abused, altered, or damaged after you’ve received the shipment.
Eligible Reasons for return:
- Product is not as ordered
- Product is defective on arrival
- Product quality is poor
If you match any of the above criteria contact me with your Name, Email, Product ID and Date of Purchase, also feel free to leave a comment. We will refund or refabricate your order if filed within 60 days.
